What is Lagree?
Lagree is a full body resistance-based strength training workout, performed on the Lagree Mega Pro. The exercises are done very slow & controlled, which forces muscles to stay contracted for the whole range of motion. The Lagree fitness method safely stimulates your muscles in a way where you will see results quickly. Lagree elongates your muscles, creating that sleek, toned muscular look. Another plus about Lagree is, you can't plateau-we can always intensify the workout. Anyone can do it, as coaches are trained to give modifications and amplifications.
